For all full-time salaried employees:

• Provided by Minnesota Life Insurance Company through the Virginia Retirement System. Amount of term life insurance equal to employee's annual salary rounded to the nearest thousand, then doubled.
• Accidental Death benefit is double the above amount.
• The Commonwealth of Virginia pays the entire cost.
• No medical exam is required.
