Weekend Museum Guide/Shop Clerk

Part-time, Hourly Wage March – December for the Stonewall Jackson House. Greets museum visitors, provides tours, answers telephone, sells tickets and merchandise. Must be available on weekdays in February and early March for eight training sessions (1 – 2 hours each).  Must read and absorb historical and biographical information and convey it effectively to the public. Qualifications include positive attitude, excellent communication skills, background in history.   Must be prompt, neat and businesslike in appearance, follow directions, and exercise sound judgment.  Retail sales experience helpful.
