About Environment Virginia Symposium

Since 1990, the Environment Virginia Symposium has provided a venue through which the public and private sector exchange information, technologies, and services in order to promote ecological sustainability and economic prosperity in the commonwealth. Symposium founder Captain Ronald A. Erchul, USN (Retired), was the coordinator of the conference until his retirement.  Captain Erchul passed away in 2011.  Click here to read his obituary and watch the memorial video.
