Your participation as an exhibitor, providing valuable information about your organization’s services and financial support, are important to the attendees’ experience and to the success of the conference as a whole.  In addition to exhibit spaces, we are pleased to offer new sponsorship opportunities.

* Check payment is due no later than 29 days of on-line exhibit registration.  If payment is not received by this deadline, your exhibit space will become available to others. 

Cancellation Policy   

All cancellations carry a 25% processing fee.  No refunds will be made after 25 February 2013.  All cancellation requests must be in writing and sent to:
