All booths come with one 2' x 6' table, and two chairs. Electricity and wireless internet is provided. Additional booth staffer registrations are available to your organization at the early rate. Payments must be made within 28 days of online registration. Exhibit booth refunds will be made for written cancelations received up to the applicable exhibit booth pre-registration deadline (Monday, 3 September 2012), less a 25% processing fee.
