|6:00 - 8:00 pm || Registration and set-up at VMI Cameron Hall |
| || 1. Students must check in at registration desk. All payments and paperwork must be filed.|
| || 2. Students set up exhibits. |
| || 3. Exhibits must be approved by the VSSEF Display & Safety Committee. |

|7:00 - 7:30 am || Judges check in. |
|8:00 am - 12:30 pm || Judges interview presenters for category and special awards.|
| || Only presenters and judges are allowed in the exhibit area during judging.|
|11:30 am - 12:30 pm || Boxed lunches provided for presenters.|
|1:00 pm|| Announcement of Grand Prize nominees.|
| || Nominees return to exhibits.|
|1:00 - 2:30 pm|| Judges interview Grand Prize nominees.|
|2:30 - 4:00 pm|| Exhibits open to the public.|
|4:00 - 5:30 pm|| Award ceremony in Cameron Hall.|
| || Finalists must attend the award ceremony to receive their awards.|
| || Exhibits may not be dismantled during the ceremony. |
| || Please see the Fair Director for instructions if you are unable to attend the ceremony.|
