The following links are intended to help you learn more about these topics and yourself. These should not be taken as a substitute for an assessment with a licensed mental health professional. If after reviewing this information you feel you may need more help, please contact us.  There is also a growing library in the counseling office for cadets to use to further their personal growth and address any concerns that impede their learning and success. Books are available within the Counseling office and may be checked out by any cadet at any time.
