2012-08-06, 1200 hours - Managed Printer/Copier Program
The Managed Printer/Copier Services Program in underway and printers will begin arriving within two weeks. Please see http://www.vmi.edu/printprogram for details.
If you have not already done so, please inform the Help Desk of any current printers that have failed, are failing, are without toner, or are low on toner so they may be replaced first. Please provide the following information when reporting a problem with your printer:
- Printer serial number
- Printer model number
- Printer “number” location
- Click the link above and then click on the link “Printer Map”
- Search the document for your building by clicking Edit, Find, Type in your building (e.g., Nichols, Carroll, etc.) and Hit ENTER key
- Find the correct floor of your building
- Find the location number of your printer on the “Current State Layout” page
