LEXINGTON, Va., Aug. 23, 2013 – VMI adjunct economics and business professor Dr. Bruce Mac Donald will talk about the roots of branding in medieval England this week on Public Radio’s With Good Reason.
In the show, “Then and Now,” MacDonald will talk about how William the Conqueror combined the crest of the defeated Harold with his own to create a logo that resonated with his new subjects. Thus began a custom of branding that continues in today’s business world.
