Leadership Focus Group

The Leadership Focus Group is a forum led by Cadet volunteers from each class at VMI. The group meets weekly throughout the academic year to discuss and formulate recommendations that will enhance Corps unity.

The group discussions seek to build upon the base of opportunities for cadets to exercise and develop their own leadership skills. They recommend improvements in management of the Corps of Cadets as well as propose changes to the cadet schedule that will improve individual cadet performance.

Meetings are held every Wednesday at 1820 in the Center for Leadership and Ethics at Marshall Hall.
