Barracks Help Desk
The Barracks Help Desk was implemented in fall of 2005 by the Information Technology department. The Barracks Help Desk provides assistance with technical and computer needs of cadets. Cadets must report to the Barracks Help Desk for all technical support issues including password changes, assistance with Self Service Password, Security Awareness Training, and support for personally owned computers.

Hours: (Open only during Fall & Spring Semesters)
Monday - Thursday
- 0630-0900 hours
- 0900-1200 hours (CLOSED)
- 1200-1600 hours
- 1600-1630 (CLOSED FOR LUNCH)
- 1630-2030 hours
Friday
- 0630-0900 hours
- 0900-1200 hours (CLOSED)
- 1200-1630 hours
Sunday
In addition to the Barracks Help Desk requests for assistance may also be sent to help@vmi.edu. If your request requires personal assistance, you will be directed to go to the Barracks Help Desk.
