Study Guide – Second Hourly

The second hourly will take place, on Monday October 15th during class time as announced on the syllabus. The test will cover chapters Judge & Langdon, Connections, chapters 6-11, and will consist of four (4) parts:
1. Fill in. 5 fill-ins. 20%
2. Multiple choice. 10 multiple choice questions. 10%
3. Geography. Fill in 10 questions 10%
4. Essay. One out of three essays. 60%

- What the Greeks and Romans contributed culturally to Western civilization.
2. The spread of Islam
3. The rise and fall of the Persian Empire.
Extra Credit (i.e. harder question):
What have historians suggested may have been the causes for the fall of the Roman Empire?
