This list contains the names of those alumni who are known to have served as part of Operations Enduring and Iraqi Freedom (OEF/OIF) since March 19, 2003, as well as those who were known to be in OEF/OIF areas immediately preceding that date.
"The Institute Will Be Heard From Today"
“The List” does not contain the names of those alumni in the military who are serving the war effort stateside or in other areas of the world. If a branch of service or rank is not listed, it is not known.
Do your part to add to “The List” by sending additions or corrections to the VMI Alumni Review via email at review@vmiaa.org; or by mail at P.O. Box 932, Lexington, Virginia 24450. If you know it, please include additional information such as rank, branch of service, where the alumnus is stationed, what his or her position is, etc. The Alumni Review staff is compiling this information for historical purposes, but no positions or locations will be disseminated at this time.
