Welcome to VMI's Training & Development Page.
Training topics are developed and prioritized based on interviews with supervisors, a training survey administered to all employees and focus groups of employees with similar job responsibilities. The focus is currently policy and procedure. The program will expand as needs and interests change. Some topics will be 'piloted' before being open to all of post. If you would like to participate in a pilot group, please let us know.
