Preston Library's collections include several groups of eBooks, covering all subjects, and all of which are searchable in the library catalog. Many of the eBooks are made available by VIVA, the consortium that also provides many of our online databases. All of the library's eBooks can be accessed directly from your computer, tablet, or any device connected to the Web.

JSTOR E-Books

In the fall of 2015, librarians added a collection of JSTOR eBooks in a demand-driven purchase format. This means that the library catalog now includes records for over 30,000 JSTOR book titles. Once there have been page views of six chapters or four chapter downloads, that book is purchased. These books are searchable through the library catalog or through JSTOR directly.
