The Commonwealth of Virginia requires all state employees who travel more than twice a year to enroll in the travel EDI program. After travelers are enrolled in the program their reimbursement checks will be electronically deposited (EDI) directly into their selected bank account. To enroll Institute travelers must complete a Travel EDI Enrollment Form and forward it to the Comptroller's Office along with a voided check or deposit slip. You may also sign-up for the Commonwealth's REDI VIRGINIA EDI notification system. Follow the directions to sign-up and you can elect to be notified by email when your reimbursement is being deposited.
