Laundry Workers (Part-Time)

Virginia Military Institute is accepting applications for part-time Laundry Workers.  $8.00 per hour. 

Job Duties:  Sort laundry; fold items from dryers and identify with tags; iron white trousers and shirts; pack finished items; press wool uniform items; operate and inspect dry cleaning machines and presses; and fill in where needed in laundry and dry cleaning operations.

Qualifications:  Knowledge of the practices, procedures and activities of a laundry and dry cleaning operation; skill in the use of its equipment; and the ability to understand and follow both oral and written instructions.  Successful candidates must be able to perform manual labor.
