Immunizations Required for Enrollment
The following immunizations are required for enrollment at VMI:
- Diphtheria-Tetanus
- Poliomyelitis
- Measles-Mumps-Rubella
- Hepatitis B
- Meningococcal Vaccine
- Chicken Pox (2 Doses mandatory if no disease)
- Tuberculin Test (required for applicants who have lived/traveled extensively overseas)
The immunization form found at the link below must be completed and signed by an applicant's physician.

***HPV (Quadrivalent Human Papillomavirus vaccine) is highly recommended ***
(Three doses at 0, 2 and 6 month intervals)
