Welcome!! We encourage employers to post jobs or internships and attend our Challenge Job Fair held each fall.  Please find more detailed information below on our programs to connect with cadets and our standards of ethics in the recruitment process.

Internships 

Summer internships have always been an option for Cadets seeking professional experience. Our hope is that alumni and a wide variety of employers will offer gratifying and educational opportunities for VMI Cadets. We are now posting internship opportunities on KeydetConnect.  This is a free service if you are interested in posting internship opportunities to cadets.

Job and Internship Fair 

Please check the CHALLENGE JOB AND INTERNSHIP FAIR for information and on-line registration at this annual eight-college consortium event. Meet 400 seniors and recent graduates from 8 liberal arts and sciences colleges and universities all in 1 day!

CHALLENGE JOB FAIR is held each November at the Kirkley Hotel and Conference Center in Lynchburg, Virginia.

Posting Job Announcements to Cadets 

Job Announcements in KeydetConnect will get wide dissemination to our cadets seeking full-time employment opportunities.  Please post any job announcments for approval here.
