Collective Impact

“Collective impact” refers to the idea that no single person or organization can create large-scale social change alone, instead the actions of many people or organizations working towards a common goal will create lasting solutions to complex, systemic societal problems.

According to the Foundation Strategy Group (FSG), there are five conditions of collective impact success:
• Common Agenda
• Shared Measurement
• Mutually Reinforcing Activities
• Continuous Communication
• Backbone Organization
