Honor Summit 2014
23 - 24 February, 2014
The responsibility of upholding and implementing a university’s honor code in today’s world presents numerous challenges.
College honor codes can benefit greatly when honor councils and their faculty liaison gather with colleagues to exchange information and build collegial relationships, both key objectives of the 2014 VMI Honor Summit.
In addition to participating in multiple breakout sessions, faculty and student delegates will hear about recent revisions to both the University of Virginia and College of William & Mary's honor codes.
Dan Ariely, Ph. D., James B. Duke Professor of Psychology and Behavioral Economics,
Fuqua School of Business, Duke University and author of “The Honest Truth about Dishonesty" will deliver a keynote address on "Dishonesty: How Good People Can Misbehave and Still Think of Themselves as Good."
Note to Delegates: Dress code is business casual/class dyke or class B uniforms.
