Submission Guidelines


We accept up to five poems per submission. Please submit all poems as one document, single spaced.


Submissions should be typed double-spaced with page numbers clearly marked.  Please submit pieces no longer than thirty pages.  If submitting more than one piece, use separate attachments.  

Visual Art 

Submit up to five pieces as separate attachments. Photographs and digital art or scanned art can be emailed using the submission email below.  Other artwork (drawings, paintings, and so on) can either be scanned and e-mailed or delivered to the EN/FA office, SS 227 or given to Eric Russo, Sounding Brass Arts & Photography.  If your work is accepted for publication, you will be asked to write a short biographical statement and/or a statement of artistic purpose.
