Counseling Services

The Center for Cadet Counseling is available to help cadets address personal and interpersonal concerns or stressors. Our approach is collaborative and strengths-based. Counselors understand cadets possess a variety of strengths, resources, and abilities before they even walk through the door.

Our goal is to help cadets capitalize on their strengths, as well as develop new skills and insight, to help better navigate and cope with concerns. Often, cadets find the skills and knowledge gained in counseling translate to other aspects of their lives, making them stronger and healthier.

Cadets meet one-on-one with a counselor to begin developing goals for treatment. Services provided are short term and confidential. At the CCC, we work to establish goals and identify directions for future growth.
