Information Technology is happy to announce that the first phase of the Managed Printer/Copier Services Program is nearly complete. Ricoh representatives are continuing to work on resolving existing issues.
To review the Managed Printer/Copier Services Program, please go to http://www.vmi.edu/printprogram. The information found there and in particular the Printer Policy link should answer questions that you have about the program, including how your department will be billed. Each department has specified general ledger (GL) codes to be charged, and as invoices are received, the charges will be loaded to the web page and accessible by desired month.
