Dr. Clifford A. Kiracofe, Jr. is a former Senior Professional Staff Member of the U.S. Senate Committee on Foreign Relations. He served as an Instructor (civilian) at the U.S. Marine Corps Command and Staff College, Quantico, VA. and was a Research Associate at the Institute for Foreign Policy Analysis, Inc., Cambridge, MA. More recently, Dr. Kiracofe served as a Visiting Professor at China Foreign Affairs University (Beijing) in spring 2014, is regularly interviewed by China Radio International, and writes a commentary column for Global Times (Beijing) on international affairs.
