Assistant Professor of English – Public Speaking (tenure-track)

The Virginia Military Institute Department of English, Rhetoric, and Humanistic Studies is seeking applications for a tenure-track assistant professor with professional interest and expertise in rhetoric and oral communication, beginning August 2018. The incumbent will teach three courses per semester, including Core and upper-level courses in rhetoric and public speaking in an interdisciplinary English major with a central focus on rhetoric. Ph.D. by August 2018 required.
