Employee Wellness

The VMI Employee Wellness Program educates, supports, and empower employees to improve and maintain their overall health and well-being through healthy lifestyle choices and participation in free fitness programs.

Our studio offers free fitness classes to all employees at lunch times and after work hours. Class offerings include Zumba, Total Body Training, Tai Chi, Yoga and Self-defense.
