Dr. Allen studied at Elon College before moving to Tucson for graduate studies at the University of Arizona. Dr. Allen then taught for two years at the University of California, at Davis prior to joining the faculty at VMI. Professor Allen has taught a variety of economics courses at VMI since 2006.
