Technical Sergeant Samantha LeeAnn Parker is the Administrative, Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge for Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps, Detachment 880. She serves as the main focal point for all administrative processes, which includes cadet in-processing, scholarships, cadet pay, cadet travel, uniforms, and many more additional programs.

Prior to being stationed at Detachment 880, she was the Group Enlisted Executive Officer at the 621st Air Mobility Advisory Group, Travis Air Force Base, California. There she managed 5 geographically separated Squadrons and 400 Group members through enterprise resource planning task management for USAF Expeditionary Center, Group, and Wing executables. She also integrated Group leadership intent by developing and implementing processes and procedures, overseeing awards and decorations, and evaluations, and execution of Group Commander calls.
