VMI cadets have FREE access to virtual care services with TimelyCare — the virtual health and well-being platform designed for university students.
Cadets will have no-cost access to:
- unlimited on-demand mental health support 24/7 through TalkNow,
- unlimited access to health coaching, with topics including:
- Nutrition and healthy eating
- Exercise/movement
- Goals for illness management
- Sleep improvement
- Stress management
- Substance use/misuse
- Time management
- and 12 scheduled counseling sessions per academic year (resets August 1 each year).

Self-Care Content: Visit the Explore page within TimelyCare for guided self-care content.
