The Planning and Sustainability Officer reports to the Director of Facilities Management and is responsible for developing and maintaining the Institute’s Facilities Master Plan to include the Capital Improvement Plan.

Duties include preparation and submission of Capital Budget Requests; working with the VMI Treasurer and Budget analyst to identify funding for non-Capital projects; and developing, implementing and managing the Institute’s Sustainability Plan.
