Contracts:

Procurement Services is responsible for all contractual agreements to purchase goods, services, and construction for the Institute.  A public solicitation to create a contract specifically for the Institute may be issued and often will be cooperative, allowing other colleges and universities the opportunity to also utilize the contract.
