Returns and Refunds

The Stonewall Jackson House Museum Shop makes your satisfaction a priority. We will be happy to refund or exchange any item in re-sellable condition if returned within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment. After 30 days, items may be returned for in-store credit only. After 90 days, no returns, refunds or exchanges will be granted. Please contact us at 540-464-7704 or email the Museum Shop before sending any item. Remember that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us immediately.
