Miss Elizabeth Bushong’s Birthday Tea

In honor of the 200th Birthday of Miss Elizabeth Ann Bushong we will host an afternoon tea at 2:00pm on Saturday, February 7, 2026. Join us for tea and treats inside the Historic Bushong Farmhouse and learn more about the life and legacy of Sarah and Jacob’s eldest daughter. After the tea those interested may visit the museum and will receive exclusive access to see the quilt made by Miss Bushong completely unfolded.

Reservations required; space limited to 12 individuals. $25 per person includes one scone with jam and cream, 3 tea sandwiches, and 3 sweets. We are unable to accommodate any dietary restrictions or allergies. Payment must be made no later than 4:00pm on Monday February 3, 2026. Payments are non-refundable and can be made by calling 540-740-3101 or visiting the museum at 8895 George Collins Parkway, New Market, VA.
