Part of our objective is to provide our community with the resources they need to inform their assessment practices. Below there are several references to information and resources that may be useful to you in your assessment practices.

Trainings

Each semester our office offers several virtual trainings on various topics related to assessment, evaluation, Qualtrics, and Excel. Below are the trainings with details about the sessions and link to register being offered in the Fall 2023 semester:

Qualtrics Basics The purpose of this session is to introduce participants to the updated Qualtrics and the basic operation of the Qualtrics platform. This is a general overview session, which will cover several key areas of the Qualtrics platform to get you started. Topics covered in this session include creating a survey, managing survey responses, options for your surveys, distribution of your surveys, and exporting your responses. 9/28/2023 12:00 pm Register
Excel Basics The purpose of this session is to provide a general overview of Excel and share some tips and tricks to maximize efficiency. Some topics that will be covered include formulas, data management, and data organization. No prior experience is needed to attend this session. 10/19/2023 10:00 a.m. Register

There are many organizations and institutions that provide articles, resources, and templates that you can use for assessment-related activities. These materials are available by topic or in sequence with trainings, workshops, and webinars.
