Assistant Football Coaches

Virginia Military Institute, an NCAA Division I and Southern Conference member, is accepting applications for full-time Assistant Football Coaches.

Job Duties:

The successful candidate will assist with organizing and directing all phases of the Football program, to include the recruitment of student-athletes, coordination of team travel and other administrative duties as assigned by the Head Football Coach while following the rules of VMI, the Southern Conference, and NCAA. Instructs student-athletes in playing techniques and skills, the subtleties of game rules and collaborative team drills. 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must posses a valid drivers license 
• Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree as well as significant coaching experience.  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in coaching and recruiting at the college or university level desired. 
• Salary commensurate with experience & qualifications.
