Cadets must report to the Barracks Help Desk for all technical support issues including password changes, assistance with Self Service Password, Security Awareness Training, and support for personally-owned computers.
Location: C-01B Barracks
Hours: 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
In addition to the Barracks Help Desk requests for assistance may also be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. If your request requires personal assistance, you will be directed to go to the Barracks Help Desk.
